Reg and my 2011 Australian Tour is being planned and is part booked and fresh caught fish is on the menu. Reg wants to fish so we will be focusing on great fishing locations.
Reg and I booked into a caravan park at Waterloo Bay on Eyre Peninsula for 6 to 7 weeks.
I know now that I will be eating whatever my husband catches, fish and salad will be on the menu every day and as in the leas up to this we will most likely be in river fishing spots, it will be fish and salad add a few legumes cheese or eggs when the fishing is 'light on' and my healthy breakfast of rolled oats and homemade low fat unsweetened Muesli as the mainstay meals, with fruit and a few almonds for snacks, an occasional glass of wine with dinner and a light lunch, often an open salad and cheese sandwich.
While I am on tour when I plan to eat the best and healthiest produce I can obtain on my budget wherever I happen to be at that time, and when we are at an ideal fishing location the main meal will be a fish meal.
We are so fortunate that there is still so many areas of pristine clean water around Australia. Fish caught so close to the Great Australian Bite on the south coast of Australia would surely be from one of the least polluted waterways on the planet.
