I had a Christmas short story (fountain pen and ink illustrated cover) published this week and a historical fiction book coming out mid-January. Working on my cosy mystery series.
Freedom from stress is of major importance for fitness. Be positive.

Don't Diet; Liveit!
My nutrition could do with some fine-tuning. I'll not be denying myself anything I desire to eat. I bought some extra healthy nonperishable foods to alternate with the food in my catered home. I'll strive to eat healthy and portion-controlled.
The evening meal is usually great, a healthy chicken and salad dish. Most nights there is a full dish.
That's working well for me, and I'm starting to lose some of the weight I've been trying hard to budge by being fussier with my food choices, and not just settling for what's on the menu, designed to cater to the average taste of many.
