You are never too old to get out and get yourself fit. My art studio, painting and the cottage garden provide me with plenty of exercise for my ability, and I love it. Creating the video tutorials gives me the rest periods between the activity phases. Passing on my seventy-years of experience in painting through art tutorial videos keeps my mind stimulated and fit. I'm loving life.
