Painting Watercolour Sunflowers

I fell in love with outback Central Queensland many years ago, and I returned year-after-year, making beautiful Springsure my base, to paint, in both oils and watercolours, and also to start work on my Stolen Years Series of Novels.

I painted the watercolour that I've recently listed on Fine Art America there.

The brush I'm showing you here is da Vinci Watercolour Series 418 Petit Gris Pur Wash/Mop Pure Russian Blue Squirrel , Size 8 Brush. a fabulous watercolour brush. You can't go wrong with this one.

This week I began painting a watercolour of a paddock filled with flowering sunflowers. I've set it to music, scripted it, and invite you to enjoy the experience.

Please excuse the typo for watercolor and Australian in the video. That was a lot of words for my older eyes to proofread, and I missed a couple of typos while editing the video. Open Mystery

Ruth Randall's novel "A Judgement in Stone," opens with this line.

In open mystery novel, the reader knows who the murderer is, from the beginning; the mystery is why, and how, they did it, and if they will be caught.
