From my travel diary:Perfect Bliss, Perfect Climate, here at Flying Fish Point. I know I drove a long way to escape the cold winter 'down south', but not so far that I cannot sense through the words, of my family and friends that winter as arrived, full on to the south of the country. In contrast, here I am laying back, on a lounge in my sunfrock debating when to go for a swim and a romp on the sand and wondering what the sand will be like, firm for running, or soft so I can laugh at myself as I attempt to do a burpee, exercise again. The scene above is from ‘The Coconuts’ taken at sunrise, that is a great fishing spot very close to where we usually fish at Flying Fish Point. Reg and I had a wonderful day today. I found out that Innisfail QLD is just a little country town at heart, today when I headed out with the 12wbt week 1 shopping list to Coles and found it shut. lol never knew Coles supermarkets shut on Sundays. Where else in the world could that happen?. OK I am finding out from my friends it happens in a few places. I have a lot of travel photos and stories to blog over the coming week, eager to get to and share them with you here.

Open Mystery
Ruth Randall's novel "A Judgement in Stone," opens with this line.
"Eunice Parchman killed the Coverdale family because she could not read or write." In open mystery novel, the reader knows who the murderer is, from the beginning; the mystery is why, and how, they did it, and if they will be caught. In The Stolen Years series of novels, the reader has a view of who commits many of the crimes. There is plenty of suspense while no one else suspects who the murderer is. The Stolen Years Series
From an Australian bestselling author comes mystery thriller of determination to find one's place in a world that men are threatening to tear apart.
